    1. Wertschöpfung funktioniert nur durch Wertschätzung.
    2. Vertrauen ist keine Einbahnstraße sondern eine wechselseitige Beziehung.
    3. Kritik darf nicht als Bedrohung empfunden werden, sondern als als Chance etwas zu verbessern oder zu verändern.
